Yoga for Bunions, Toe, Ankle, and Foot Tension
If you have ever experienced or are experiencing pain at the base of your big toe, this may mean that you are developing a bunion. It could also mean that you are experiencing tension in the foot and ankle.

A bunion is a painful bony bump that develops on the inside of the foot at the big toe joint and is often referred to as hallux valgus. Bunions develop slowly from experiencing pressure on the big toe joint which causes the big toe to lean toward the second toe.

Learn more about the treatment techniques to help alleviate pain from bunions with yoga. You will need a band – a narrow yoga strap or a belt – that you can put between your toes to do these exercises.
