There is no sure-fire way of preventing prostrate cancer, but several studies show that proper nutrition and exercise may lessen a man’s chances of developing this terrible disease. Reducing high-fat foods, increasing fruit and vegetable consumption, and exercising daily is a starting point. If anything, working towards these goals will set you up for preventing other types of cancers and decreasing the likelihood of developing cardiovascular diseases.
