Try having one breakfast smoothie a day to boost your mornings and get all the needed nutrition needed until lunch! These carefully colour-coordinated smoothies look good, and the ingredients in them tastes great. Smoothies are perfect if you want to grab and go in the morning – just make them the night before and keep it in the refrigerator overnight.
It’s hard to choose a favourite but I look forward to having the yellow and orange smoothies. Which one do you like?
