Everything you know about exercise is a lie… Well not everything, but certainly in regards to weight loss. In North America, we are taught that we can offset the extra calories we consume from our food with an extra long session at the gym. It turns out, that this is not entirely true. Exercise is not the best way to lose weight and it may even contribute to weight gain if someone isn’t careful. To learn more, watch the video below:
